Renovotec Exhibiting at Logistics Link South 2013
As OnlyRugged is a business partner of the Renovotec group, we are pleased to announce that Renovotec will be exhibiting at Logistics Link South 2013.
The exhibition will take place on the 12th and 13th February at Sandown Park, Esher. We will have plenty of demonstration kit available so that you can see for yourself the full range ofrugged and versatile products we offer! Last week Psion announced they had agreed to the terms of a recommended cash offer from Motorola Solutions.
The acquisition, which has not yet been finalised, is expected to go ahead in Quarter 4 this year. John Conoley, Psion CEO said:"This is a significant opportunity for Psion to become part of a company with the scale, resources and vision to provide our business with meaningful opportunities, while offering customers a more diverse portfolio of products and services to support their evolving needs".
Until such time as the deal has been ratfied, the companies are expected to continue operating as two separate businesses.
